Nutrition plays a very important part in our daily lives.  Whether we are looking to energise ourselves for our daily living or whether nutrition plays a greater part for sports performance, it is important that we get our dietary intake correct, or as correct as we can without spoiling the joys of food.

With the aid of a Food Diary completed over a 7 day period, I will be able to review your eating habits and advise on the areas that I feel you would benefit from.

I will provide you with a report as to what food groups you have eaten over 7 days, how many portions of Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Dairy, Fruit and Vegetables you are eating, and what changes you could make that can help you manage your weight.

Pricing

Initial 30 minute consultation is FREE
A 1-hour session is priced at £20.00, but with an agreement for 5 sessions I offer a 15% discount.
Fitness and Nutrition coaching can be merged at the standard rate for an all-encompassing service.
